Floor plans of East Bluff condominium units come in 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom layouts each with a main floor, second floor, and basement. Each condominium resident owner has the ability to make changes to each of their respected units within East Bluff though most of them remain similar to the diagrams below. Many of our residents have finished half of their basement, creating even more living space. The finished space in the basements are equal to either the living room or kitchen and dining area located above.
