East Bluff Homeowners Association is the formal name of our community. We are located in Madison, Wisconsin, on the quiet north side. We are a self-managed condominium association with five, owner-elected, board members and have been a city of Madison neighborhood for over 30 years.
The board of directors meets every 4th Tuesday of the month. Meetings begin at 6:30pm and the first few minutes of the meeting are open to residents of the East Bluff community to discuss resident concerns, provide suggestions, and other feedback to the board. Non-East Bluff members can attend meetings with prior approval.
The East Bluff condominium community has twenty-two buildings, and each building contains eight individual homes, each with their own private entrance and fenced-in courtyard. You can view floor plans here.
Our green, plush, grounds is maintained by our full-time Superintendent and Groundskeeper.
